DSS has made ensuring that all staff are trained a top priority. Moreover, properly trained staff equals better resident care, more highly motivated staff , and may help you from losing resident and family lawsuits due to lack of training. Staff training is one of the more challenging aspects of operating an RCFE. Complete staff training classes have been curated by our experienced and credentialed instructors led by our CEO Jane van Perez, who is a CDSS approved vendor and a member of the CDSS administrators certification section advisory committee

Gwendolyn O. –
I’m writing this in deep appreciation for ALE’s support and help with our communities’ efforts in caring for our senior population. My husband is an administrator of RCFE in Orange County, CA and has used ALE’s services to obtain certification, licensing, and other materials necessary for the proper running of the facility.
It can be difficult to keep up with all the requirements and regulations while trying to provide the best care possible. Thank you to William, Jane, Dianna, Michele and Taylor.
We look forward to an ongoing positive partnership with them.. all for the mission of delivering the best in class care for our local senior population and their families!
THANK YOU ALE!!!
