I’m writing this in deep appreciation for ALE’s support and help with our communities’ efforts in caring for our senior population. My husband is an administrator of RCFE in Orange County, CA and has used ALE’s services to obtain certification, licensing, and other materials necessary for the proper running of the facility.
It can be difficult to keep up with all the requirements and regulations while trying to provide the best care possible. Thank you to William, Jane, Dianna, Michele and Taylor.
We look forward to an ongoing positive partnership with them.. all for the mission of delivering the best in class care for our local senior population and their families!
THANK YOU ALE!!!

Hi Bill and Jane,
I just completed my Component II interview today and passed!
My Sacramento DSS Analyst asked me who completed my application. She said it was well done and I only had a few forms that needed to be done (forms from my brother, who was added as a partial owner of the RCFE, and you didn’t know all this!). If not for that, it would have been complete!! She is impressed with your business and even asked me how much you charged for the application, because she said it was well worth anything I paid. She said most of the companies only complete the B sections and the other sections are up to the applicant to complete.
Thank you so much for doing a great job on my application.

Jane,
I would like you to know how thoroughly impressed I was with your Live Instructor course.
I just completed my (RCFE Certification) education and had the opportunity to have both Dianna Kaffka and Michelle Mylonas as my talented instructors. I found them to be so knowledgeable and insightful. I left each day at the close of instruction with my head full of both book smarts and practical and immediately applicable insight into this new career path in RCFE Management.
I know I made the right choice in choosing to work with your organization.
I hope I have the opportunity to meet you soon at an industry event.
Thank you so much for the education.
