We also give you a Hospice Waiver & Total Care Exception Request and Dementia Plan of Operation that others charge you $600+ extra – you need both these bonus items to be a full service successful RCFE to attract and retain residents.  Our License package does NOT include a Video Surveillance Waiver which DSS requires if you will use cameras inside your facility. We do not recommend the use of cameras inside given DSS’s prior history of dislike and suspicion of using  cameras instead of staff, leading to citations.

Follow-up with you to address comments from DSS licensing after they review  your RCFE license application. We get you prepared for the final interview too when licensing visits your facility.
