The RCFE Admission Agreement is a pdf file that allows you to type in resident information and more for a professional looking agreement. The agreement is customized with your facility information and optional charges.
Our Admission Agreement does NOT include a Video Surveillance Waiver which DSS requires if you will use cameras inside your facility. We do not recommend the use of cameras inside given DSS’s prior history of dislike and suspicion of using cameras instead of staff, leading to citations.
