It has been a pleasure working with Jane and Bill from Assisted Living Education. We sent VITAS personnel to their RCFE training as well as retained them to partner with VITAS Hospice to deliver a series of day long CE trainings for the owners / operators / administrators in Contra Costa County.
The feedback from our RCFE and ALF referral sources has been fantastic. After the last event I received the following comment, “Title 22 is pretty dry material, but Jane makes learning fun and she uses great examples to support her teaching points.”
Our conference attendees have been very complementary about the knowledge and presentation skills displayed by Jane, and the attendance has increased at each of the first three events. I highly recommend Assisted Living Education for all educational needs.

Hi Bill and Jane,
I just completed my Component II interview today and passed!
My Sacramento DSS Analyst asked me who completed my application. She said it was well done and I only had a few forms that needed to be done (forms from my brother, who was added as a partial owner of the RCFE, and you didn’t know all this!). If not for that, it would have been complete!! She is impressed with your business and even asked me how much you charged for the application, because she said it was well worth anything I paid. She said most of the companies only complete the B sections and the other sections are up to the applicant to complete.
Thank you so much for doing a great job on my application.
Sincerely, A. Endozo (April San Diego 2016 class)

It’s not often you can take a class and find the instructor to have such passion for what you are being taught. There are the sterile instructors who are knowledgeable of a subject, but lack the ability to evoke the student with keen interests.
It was a pleasure to sit in a class for 10 hours a day being taught by instructor Jane Van Dyke-Perez. She was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about the courses she taught us, and knew how to keep and present material that kept us thinking.
I would highly recommend any class she offers.

Thank you very much for the great experience. This is my very “first” fun and lively experience on training (JB)

Had a blast….I didn’t think I would enjoy the RCFE Cert Class as much as I did!

I’ve always thought it would be a dragging class but you’re just great in making the class interesting

You delivered a lot of value to us. Your style of teaching was very personal and your depth of knowledge was quite impressive.
