Update your RCFE Plan of Operation and Admission Package for Many New 2015 Laws & Regulations

Many new laws & regulations were passed and became effective January 1, 2015. Your Plan of Operation is required by DSS to reflect regulation changes – and LPA’s are making this a priority as part of their inspection.

We will create your Plan of Operation, which will also includes an updated Admission Package that is compliant with new laws and regulations. The Admission Package consists of the Admission Agreement, House Rules and required DSS forms and disclosures to be completed for each resident.

* Does not include interior and exterior floor plans if you revised these after license application approval. If you have not made floor plan changes, you do not need to submit new floor plans.
